I. Holiday Time Arrangement

 

1. The company's holidays are from December 30 to January 1, with three days off. December 29 (Saturdays) to work.

 

2. Notify any change.

 

 

 

II. Other matters

 

1. The principal heads of the various departments of the group should keep the communication unblocked. In case of major and unexpected incidents, they should report in time and deal with them decisively and properly.

 

2. All departments of the group should arrange their vacation duty, clarify their responsibilities and carry out their work well. Duty personnel make good duty records, report abnormalities to duty leaders in time, and deal with them accordingly.

 

3. Departments should strengthen security inspection before holidays and implement safety measures such as fire prevention and theft prevention.

 

4. The matters to be solved in the operation and company affairs during the festival shall be reported to the on-duty leaders on the same day, and the relevant problems shall be solved in time under the leadership of the on-duty leaders.

 

5. During the holidays, all departments of the group are on comprehensive duty to ensure the smooth flow of information.
